This palette was limited edition, I’m afraid, and honestly, I don’t know if you can find it anymore, therefore I apologize for tempting you for nothing.

Net-a-porter, Space NK, beautylish, and of course, Sephora. The newest, and most importantly, available option is Ambient Lighting Edit – Volume 4.
Hourglass powders have an unique texture, some sort of hybrid between a baked powder and a very, very, VERY finely milled one. Aside from this, the magic of this powder is that it doesn’t make you look cakey or chalky. It leaves your skin looking natural, glowing from within. The face looks fresh and healthy. And here, I am referring to all Hourglass powder products, including the blushes.
Back to our palette though, it contains 6 powders (2 face powders, 2 blushes, a bronzer, and a highlighter). All of the shades in this pallette are new, as opposed to previous versions that contained already existing shades in their range.
A little piece of advice, go lightly with the blushes and bronzer. Although it doesn’t look like it, these are very pigmentend and the temptation to bury your face in ’em is dangerously high. I know because I was this close to becoming an Oompa Loompa more than once.
If you’ve known me for some time and are are familiar with my taste in my makeup, you probably know by now that this is not a cheap product. It goes for $80 or 69 pounds on Cult Beauty where I bought it from. In my oppinion, it’s worth every penny.
The only downside to this pallete would be the packaging. Although, very pretty to look at and sturdy enough to travel with, I was expecting a more luxurious feel when holding it in your hands. The plastic it’s made of is pretty light weight and it could use some finessing around the edges. The mirror is super good quality though, and big enough to do your entire makeup in it.
A little fun fact about this palette would be that they celebrated the fact that they are a cruelty free brand by incorporating a little bunny in their logo and a percent of the sales went to a animal rights association.
